These terms apply to all readings, classes, & sessions with Louis Grassi.
DISCLAIMER: All readings and sessions are for entertainment purposes only and subject to your personal interpretation. The information provided during a reading or energy session does NOT replace medical, legal, career, financial, or other professional advice or services. Ultimately, clients are solely responsible for making their own decisions regardless of any information provided during a session. All of Louis’ services, including his classes, are intended to help & empower clients on their spiritual journey. Louis Grassi shall not be held liable for any actions [or non-actions] taken by a client with respect to information presented during a reading, workshop/class, or session.
NOTE: Due to the subjective nature of a reading, Louis cannot guarantee that he will connect successfully with a specific soul, but he always tries his best. Please be aware that there are no refunds once the reading has been given.
Spiritual services are for individuals 18 and over.
SCHEDULING POLICIES: All sessions will automatically take place virtually, via ZOOM (unless you specifically request a phone reading). You must be alone, in a calm & quiet environment for the duration of the session. Background noises (from phones or pets, for example) can prove distracting and interrupt the flow of the reading.
In the case of a desired reschedule, Louis must be notified by email or by phone (207-810-8303) no later than 72 hours before the date of the original booking. If you express a need to change appointments within this time, this will not be permitted, as there is no guarantee that the slot can be refilled. If you contact Louis within the 72-hour timeframe, you will not be eligible for a reschedule or a refund. However, in this circumstance, you will be issued a 50% credit towards a new session (no cash value). Please be aware that if the client elects to reschedule his/her session, there is a no-refund policy.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be no changes made to a session within three (3) days of the appointment.
VIDEO LINK: When it is time for your reading, go to the original confirmation email that you received upon booking. Once you’ve retrieved this, simply click the Join your meeting link; this will serve as your direct access to the ZOOM call. We recommend double-checking your audio & visual capabilities well in advance of the session, as Louis cannot “make up” for time lost to technology issues on your end. Conversely, on the off-chance that Louis experiences difficulties, he will either reschedule the session or provide a refund, depending on the circumstance.
TIME ZONES: Please be aware that Louis is on the East Coast, meaning he is in the Eastern Standard (EST) time zone.
ABSENCE: If you simply miss your scheduled session with no notice or explanation, at that point you are forfeiting your time and no refunds will be issued. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, the session is automatically called off and you will not be refunded. Louis’ office will reach out via email to inform you of the missed appointment.
BRINGING A GUEST: All services are per person. If you wish to have a guest sit in on your session, please email Louis’ office to discuss pricing. You must notify Louis at least 72 hours before the appointment. There is a limit of 2 extra sitters per individual session. If you choose to have a guest with you for the appointment, Louis cannot guarantee that he/she will receive a message.

RECORDINGS: In an effort to maintain client confidentiality, private sessions are no longer recorded, effective April 2025. Louis strongly urges taking notes during your session if you wish to document the experience. Moreover, clients may not record their own readings without prior knowledge and consent from Louis Grassi. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
PROMOTIONS, CREDITS, & PACKAGES: Only one (1) promotional offer may be applied to a single service, unless stated otherwise. This policy pertains to gift certificates and referral credits, as well. A credit of any kind is not redeemable for cash. Recipients of gift credits/readings are subject to the same terms & conditions listed on this page.
TIME LIMITS: Discounts from referrals are only valid for 30 days from the date of being offered. For a session package, the readings must be scheduled within six (6) months. Gift credits are only valid for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on reduced-price sessions.
Louis Grassi reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline listed here, at any time and in his sole discretion.
