We can all reach out to our guides or loved ones in Spirit. I like to say that Spirit (or the Spirit world, the Other-Side) is an equal-opportunity employer. You don’t have to be a working psychic to access this sacred vibration. This is an ability that is embedded inside all humans. I believe that we are wired this way, through our minds and energetic existence.

This is precisely why there are many classes online & in-person that teach ordinary folks how to practice mediumship, for example. It’s that we can all do this work. It is not as if just some of us have access to this. We can all do it, if we choose to.
We can call on the guides (and loved ones) for virtually anything. It is a matter of setting the intention; but what does that mean, right? When we talk about intention, this refers to the easy process of focusing our determination on connecting. And once we’ve done this, we can ask for anything. In fact, this is what praying is all about, except when you pray, you’re setting the intention to connect to God (or Source).
Guided meditation is an enjoyable way of connecting and setting intention. You can even ask your guides for help in opening up your sense of creativity. It’s simple, almost too simple. Sometimes it does help to have a step-by-step instruction written out before you.
But just this once, try something new. Allow yourself to come up with your own method for creativity. Be creative about how to be creative. Give yourself the chance.
